The incision for this procedure starts at the junction of the thigh and pubic area. Skin and fat are removed, the skin is tightened, and the incision is closed.

The scars from this surgery are probably the biggest draw back for having the procedure , but for those patients who desire this procedure, the scars pale in comparison to the benefits provided by the procedure.

Lateral Thigh Lift or Outer Thigh Lift

A lateral thigh lift is a procedure that concentrates on the front part and outer areas of the thigh. This procedure is particularly helpful to those patients that have lost a significant amount of weight and have excess skin and fat in this area.
